Quiz that totals correct answers then has conditional directions

I need a 20 question quiz that totals correct answers

anwsers results in conditional directions

eg: Congradtualtions your scored 76% a pass 75% go HERE to the next lesson ( URL)

eg: Sorry your score is 55% and you did not pass :( Click here to redo the test.

or Sorry your score is 55% and you did not pass :( Click here to redo the lesson ( URL)

There are workarounds to achieve that.
