I just want to downgrade my subscription NOT cancel. I will not be getting many submissions until next October.

Your subscription has been cancelled and as of December 1st, your account will be downgraded to a Free account. As long as your account remains under the Free limits, cancelling your subscription will have no impact on your forms. Cancelling the subscription does not cancel your account, only the subscription portion of it.
