Why have I reached my submissions limit?

    Hi,

    We are a non profit and am on the $139.00- 2 year plan. I am getting the message that I am out of space? I thought I had unlimited submissions. People are not able to access my forms.

    Please let me know what I need to do. Please respond to my gmail address below.

    Please do note that you have purchased a bronze subscription which means that you're allowed to receive 1,000 submissions monthly, there is not currently a plan that will allow you to receive unlimited submissions, the other plans after the bronze one will allow you to receive more submissions.

    If you would like to receive more submissions then you will need to upgrade your account or complete the tasks in the Get More section of your account, this will increase your submissions limit permanently.
