How can I have the user select the number of participants and determine the price to the event?

In the price, I need to include:

base price for event (e.g. $200)

+ cost per participant (e.g. $50) (1 to 6 participants)

+ optional donation

= total cost

The user would provide the number of participants and an optional donation amount.

I need to bill the total cost to paypal. I have not published the page yet.
