Selecting who receives emails

Am I able to set up my document so that one email receives all notifications unless a particular question is chosen and then another email receives the notification?  I have it set up as a condition that if that question is a yes then a different email notification is sent, but it still sends the original notification as well.

I have cloned your form. I managed to replicate the issue you are having. The email account at "Notifier 2" receives the email notification even if the condition you set up is met. 

However, since the condition has only one direction you should also setup another condition for the reverse situation. Please see what I mean:

I know it does not make sense at the first glance but please pay attention to the "IF". These are not "if and only if" conditions. Reverse conditions should be created sometimes. This seems to be one of them.
