    Hello,

I am having a problem with enabled forms returning disabled forms. Could you please have a look?

This appears to be a problem with an array of possible causes from cache problems, to account limits, to suspected fraud, to language settings, and on and on.

It would be helpful if your error handling included some hint or indication of the most likely cause.

Example error: "{Form Title} is disabled. You can enable this form in settings. If you enabled the form and are still receiveing this error then you might try the following...

    Best regards
    Shawn

    Hi Shawn,

I have checked your forms. Unfortunately, your account is suspended; that's why, your forms are disabled. The reason of suspension was to use "Password" word with a TextBox in your form. Our system detected your form automatically and suspended your account because of phishing.

I have removed  some TextBoxes from your phishing detected forms and then activated your account again. Please have a look at the images below:

Please note that you cannot collect user login credentials, credit card information or passwords etc in our forms.

In addition, please have a look at Phishing issue in JotForm Terms-of-Use

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
