Using PayPal did not work for upgrading my account with you!

    Just upgraded account and I am VERY CONCERNED!

    Tried several times to pay for subscription with my PayPal account, and got error messages each time.


    I count on you folks and I have been getting many reports of failed attempts to signup and pay online from my website using my JotForm account (prior to exceeding 10 signups this month).  Getting several fails while upgrading just confirms that there are SERIOUS problems with your service.  Please call me  RANDY 719-320-3678

    We do not offer support over the phone, but we will be more than happy to help you over this support forum. 

    The JotForm account upgrade and payment processing forms are most likely two separate issues. I would like to suggest opening a new thread if you are facing any issues with your payment form.

    Regarding the account upgrade, please provide us with the full error message from PayPal.

    As far as I can see, we do not have any major upgrade and payment form issues at this time.
