4) Most survey respondents will not require our team follow-up, however the odd person might select an answer that requires our team to improve our services. Is there a way to set up email notifications for the team based on certain question answers, rather than a notification about every survey completion? I want to limit the inbox traffic for our team by omitting survey responses that don’t require follow-up.
