I am trying to delete my account, however I can't see that option.
Could you help me to do this?

If you wouldn't mind first cancelling your subscription to ensure there are no further charges, we will take care of deleting your account once you have confirmed it is cancelled.
You can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm/Interlogy
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
