How can I remove the top logo in the form showing the other brokers name?

Are these proprietary templates? I can't remove the COLDWELL Banker logo at the top of the template I am attempting to edit for my own purpose.

It's the Form Cover. You can change/delete that in the Advanced Designer. I've removed the cover for your convenience. Here are the steps to access the designer:

1. Click the Design button in the form builder.

2. A small window will appear, find and click the Advanced Designer button.
