Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    I recently set up a contact form on my website using jotform.  When I tested the email notification through jotform everything worked fine, but now that it is embeded in my site it does not.  It appears to function propperly for the user, but I do not recieve the emails after they have been submitted  through the form.  I did check spam and nothing was there either, and I also made sure the form was enabled.  The URL to the form is http://www.joeygraphics.com/contact.html

    Hi Joey;

    We apologize for what this issue has caused you. Can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com in the notification email setup and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    Hi there, we are now having a similar problem. Our notifications have worked perfectly fine up until our last two submissions - we never received notification of new submissions. I just sent test nofications and they did not work either. Nobody has been into the form to change anything in over a month - they just suddenly stopped working. Thanks for your assistance!

    Please try to set the sender e-mail to noreply@jotform as advised above. You can also contact your email provider and tell them to whitelist Jotform's IPs.
