Timing Out

This form is embedded into our website and we have had several customers say that the form keeps timing out so they can not pay, when trying to do so from their devices. 

Is there a problem with this on Jotform.

I just tested your form and was successfully redirected to PayPal:

IS that happening on the form only or on the PayPal's side?
