My emails are not matching my report on the form

There are parts of the form that don't seem to be getting in the emails but are in the reports. I've highlighted the part on the form that is checked. But it does not appear on the email.

I realize there is no question for this part of the form but had to set it up this way. Any way to get these on the emails??

Can you replace your email alert with a new one and see if the problem gets fixed by that?
