How do I save my form?

I created a registration form but it refuses to save.

As far as I checked you created this particular form on a guest account. That should be why you are unable to make the necessary changes. 

I have now moved the form to your account "europeninfo". Please make the changes and try saving the form again. Let us know if the issue still persists.
