How to disable highlight effect in form?

I created a from with a graphic background. It looks great until I start to enter data, then the field area turns off white. Not just the field, the whole area around it.

You can turn the highlight feature off by following:

1. Go to Preferences:

2. Then Advanced:

And select Disabled for Highlight effect.
