I am receiving emails that I have almost reached my limit of 10 submissions per month, but we have a 100 submissions per month limit. I'm not sure why I'm receiving these notifications.

I did check your account and found that you have received 9 payment submission which is very close to the payment submission limit of 10. That is the reason why you have received the warning email that you have almost reached your limit.
Please note that free plan in free plan (or storage plan) allows you to receive 100 submission including 10 payment submissions. If the limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. You may also like to know that storage plan only allows you to retain unlimited submissions in your account but does not increase your submission limits. Limit of free account is applicable in storage plan except you can store unlimited submissions.
I would suggest you to please upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission limits are reset. You may like to take a look at our pricing page for more information in available plans and its submission limits: www.jotform.com/pricing
