Getting multiple submissions from same indivdual

    I keep getting multiple submissions from the same individual. I have contacted this individual and they are unsure why I would be as well. They have not been submitting anything. I received the submission once and I keep getting the duplicate copies of the same submission which is adding to my total submissions. I have deleted all of the submissions from this individual but I am still getting submissions. What do I need to do to make this stop.

    Hi,

    It is most likely that spam bots were able to record your form URL on your website and was now being used to send spam submissions only.

    I suggest you add a Captcha field on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/53265506126149 to make sure an actual person will be submitting the form.

    You can observe for now if the issue will happen again after adding the captcha field. Do let us know if this still did not fix it.
