Will the IP address of respondents be stored? How can I ensure that the records are removed after analysis?

IP addresses will come together with submissions, but they will only be viewable by you, in submissions:

And you have to enable it so you can view it.

If you want to remove your submissions you can do that by clicking this:

But be mindful that once deleted, you can not recover them.
