Why does the email on the account work but the same exact email that I need for submission won't be approved

    Everytime I do a test email for my form, I keep getting this error in email form.

          "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: (TEST) Comments and Questions from our Customers

    Sent: 5/14/2012 11:44 AM

    The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

          CBNKSocialMedia on 5/14/2012 11:44 AM

                The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.  Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

    The email I am trying to test is the same email that is in the account settings.

    We apologize for what this issue has caused you. Can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.
