Why my forms have been disabled?

لدي جمع درجات من مدارس واخترت نماذجكم

لتسهيل العمل

وكنت أجرب طريقة ظهور الصفحة لدى المعلمين 

هل هي مناسبة 

وتفاجأت بتوقفها من قبلكم

آمل تفعيها ولكم خالص الشكر 

لدينا موقع لكنه غير مفعل

I have checked your account and found your forms are clear, forms are disabled and account suspended when phishing activities are being done through the forms, this does not seem to be the case so I have re-activated your forms.
