Can we combine two accounts?

Our company currently has 2 jot form accounts, both of which are a bronze level

one is on a monthly subscription, and the other is on an annual

Is there away we can combine the accounts to one master user without losing any of the forms or submissions?

You can indeed combine two accounts.  Log in to the account you would like the forms moved out of.  Create a post letting us know the username of the account you would like the forms moved to. We can then move all the forms, submissions included, to your other account.  After we do so, please remember to cancel the subscription for the account you will no longer need the subscription for.
