Incorrect file upload count shown

    I believe that my account went over the upload limit. I have deleted some files. Could you please reset my account so I can access my files again?

    The incorrect total was indeed showing for your other account.  I reset the total and it should now be showing correctly.  Your forms should also now be active once again.
