Our forms are not be submitted...

    I have previously contacted JotForm regarding our form issue. We have had multiple clients contact us regarding not being able to submit their form or even click the next button on the form. We therefore have not been receiving forms for the past 2 weeks. This issue seems to occur on both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

    We are sorry for what this issue has caused you. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to reproduce this issue your customers are having. I was able to navigate your form with ease.

    Please can your try to embed this form using iFrame code. To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
