I want clarification for the term "upload space" for a member account. Seeing as my form is linked to dropbox, no file is permenantly stored on your company servers. Therefor, I would like to ask if the space is referring to bandwidth.

Thanks for contacting us. The 100MB is the entire allocated Bandwidth for Free account.
Once a submission has been made, it all goes to Jotform's servers. The email notification that's been sent to you still goes to the link back to Jotform. You have the ability to delete your submissions. Just to go the submissions page and select the submissions you want to delete fro the list. You might consider downloading them before you delete them in your submissions page.
For easier way of downloading submissions from your form, you might want to consider signing up for Dropbox as well. Install their application and you can set your form to automatically submit to your dropbox account all the submissions that you receive. You can set this also on the submissions page of your form.
You can also set your form to use FTP going to your own personal web/file server. You can set this in your submissions page as well.
If you need futher assistance in any of these thoughts that I have shared with you, just let us know, we'll be here to assist.
