Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened, but I received an email today saying "You've exceeded your monthly limit for form view". As I have a free account I am entitled to 1,000 views a month. I've just looked my web stats for the last month and I had a total of 1,003 page views across my ENTIRE site (of over 100 pages) and none of your forms feature in my top ten most visited pages. Therefore, it is once again IMPOSSIBLE that I have exceeded my limit.
Please can you free up my account straight away.
I am concerned that this is now the second time this has happened, as I really don't want this to become a regular occurance.

Hello, I see that you are out of form limits. When I checked the views I found out that the IP 220.127.116.11 caused this issue. It belongs to Virgin Media located in United Kingdom. Your IP also belongs to this provider.
Your form views are recalculated and we see that your forms views are ok from our side.
I removed your blockage. You can continue to use your forms. Please talk about this issue with your web service provider.
