I sent you a test submission as you can see in the following image.
However, there was no "Required Field" in your form; therefore, I could submit my form with empty fields.
If I understood you correctly, you want to prevent this empty submissions.
I have checked your form but it is seen that there is no required field in your form so people can submit your form as empty.
There are many ways to prevent this empty submissions but making some fields required is the simplest way to do this. In this case, people cannot submit your form with empty fields. Please have a look at the following image about how to make your fields required:
