Is there a way for me to pre-populate form fields via GET / URL?

I am sending a survey out to a list of mine. I would like their results to be tied to a UserID that I have already specified in my database, and in my email list. My question:

Can I pre-populate a JotForm field via the URL / GET?

For example: https://form.jotform.com/63263690361153?CustomerID=23&email=justin@airchecklab.com&field3=somedata
