Why is my account says overquota?

We have a free account with 3 forms and 125 submissions however we are being told are storage is up but the account plan says up to 500

I have checked your account and see that there are 3 forms with about 140 submissions. However, as I check the Trash folder, there are 13 forms and some of them are having submissions. Please be noted that these forms and submissions are also counted in your account since they can be restored later. 

I see that you have upgraded your account to Storage monthly plan now and you should be able to store more than 500 submissions in your account.
