Still having email problems

Yesterday, your office set up an SMTP for a form on our contact submission page at insightoptical.com. I even received a test email from test@gmail.com. I just ran a test submission and it's not going through to eyeguy2c@aol.com (final destination.) GoDaddy, our host says they are not seeing any logs at all from our contact page as if it's not even trying to connect or leaving the contact page. It does not appear that we are in the Bounce list anymore. Can you please help us with this?
