Not receiving emails, can you check my SMTP configuration?

    Can you check my SMTP configuration at insightoptical.com now. It was changed by you to noreply@jotform.com

    Please allow me to inform you that the Sender Email will change back to noreply@jotform.com if there is an error with the SMTP configuration. Can you please check your SMTP details to see if there are any errors there? You may also try contacting your email service provider and ask for the correct SMTP details.

    Once you have the correct SMTP configuration for your address, you can then edit your SMTP by following this guide: How to Edit/Delete Sender Emails on SMTP Settings.

    If the issue still persists, please let us know.
