Unable to upload multiple files

Hi
Thank you for letting me know. The problem is that the form uploads only
one image whereas it should upload up to 5. Please fix ASAP!!!!! I need
this for Black Friday!!!!

Hi,

I checked your form and I noticed that  the File Upload is not allowing multiple uploads. To enable this, please click the Allow Multiple  so that you can upload more than one file on your form. Please see the screenshot below:

Hi,

I checked your form in the website and it already allows multiple uploads. However, you might be having issues because you only allow a maximum of 1MB for the upload.

Please increase the maximum upload size as shown below.

We have received your reply from thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/992630 regarding this issue. As per checking your form, the Max File Size of the field is still set to 1024 KB which is equivalent to 1 MB.

I have adjusted the size to 30 MB so you can upload larger files in the field. Please check if it is working properly now.
