Users unable to complete paypal transaction even though submission is done

We are having people signing up but they cannot complete the transaction for payment but yet they still show up as they had done the submission. How can we eliminate that? Why does that happen?

Hi Mari, If I understand your issue correctly it seems to me that you're saying you've got people filling in your form and the submissions are showing as completed even though they could not complete the transaction or did you mean something else?

I checked your form and I do see nothing but completed submissions at the moment.

And none were ever listed as incompleted, correct?

Have you tried checking your paypal account to see if anything came through? Sometimes paypal can occasionally experience a delay with charges and certain transactions.

If there's still a problem then can you please list a few of your submissions that you've seen marked as completed in your account but didn't receive the payments for in paypal and we'll investigate.
