Is it possible to do with a link purchased from google domains but not set up with a website?

Yes, this is what i get. We have a domain purchased already, but I'm not sure what to fill out exactly. I'm kind of a noob at all this. (not sure why I'm even doing this.) so sorry if I'm asking questions are should be common sense.
