    Email auto responders not sending through?

    Hi Recently the autoresponders from my form have not been sending out the confirmations could you please let me know why?

    Your form has a payment field, the form emails including the autoresponder will only be sent out when a transaction is completed. 

    I've checked our mail log for the last few submitters in the form and the autoresponder email is sent to them. You may consider asking your form submitters to check their spam folder.

    Hello Tom,

    I did check your account and it seems your email address was in our bounce list which is now removed. Your emails were not being sent earlier but when test your email alert, the submission email was sent successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
