How to apply for a nonprofit discount?

Also, I saw that there is a discount for Non-profits on JotForm, howerver I already had the from finished when I found this information.  Can Adoption Charity still qualify for this discount?

Just go to this page https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

Ensure you will fill out the form at the bottom of that page, upload a copy of your organization's 990 form, and submit your application.

Once submitted, it will be reviewed by our team and upon approval, you'll get instructions via email on how to avail the discount.
