Jot Form is freezing and clients cannot submit their information.

    Hi-I have a jotform set up on my website that I have been using for awhile. I had 2 clients use it successfully on Nov 19th and now when a client tries to fill out the form and hit submit it freezes and says "Please Wait" - Powered by jot form. And it just freezes like that. I tested it myself and had the same problem.

    I sent a test submission to your March Madness Tournament Registration form and it looks like I was able to submit the form successfully. I did not encounter the issue where the form froze and got stuck on "Please Wait".

    Does the issue still occur on your end? If so, can you please try clearing the form cache and then re-embedding the form to your wordpress page?
