How can I fix the parallax problem on my page?

When I switched the Pet Lover background with my own, I lost the parallax effect. I went into Designer and changed the buttons to reflect "no repeat" and "fixed", but the problem persists. I think there must be conflict with other code. Please have a look. Thanks!

Are you referring to the fixed scrolling of the form moving over top of the still background?

I looked at the old theme along with yours and your new background and that seems to be the only difference I am finding.
