My account has been disabled to receive forms

My account has been disabled to receive forms. Why can't I open some attached docs? I would like to make room by removing some items.

You've maxed out your form submissions limit. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month only. You currently have 121. Unfortunately, deleting your form submissions won't restore the limit. It's either you will upgrade or wait for the next month's reset or, increase your submissions by doing some tasks in our GetMore section.
