How do I set up day / date option for recurring donations

When the donor selects "Weekly" donations, for example, how can I give them the option of which day of the week they want the donation made?  Or if they select "Monthly" donations, how do they choose which date of the month?

As far as I could check, subscriptions are occurring with period you choose:

With the date that is set with the first subscription, so first time your customer submits the form that date will be set as base date and all further charges will occur comparing to that date.
