Continuing to be charged after cancelling service in November 2011

    Hello,
     
    I am continuing to have sudden charges show up for the Jotform service that I cancelled through Paypal.  I have taken the necessary steps through Paypal to cancel this subscription, but I am concerned as to why I suddenly am being charged for the service when I had canceled it around November. 2011.  I then started being charged again in April and then again in May.  In April, I thought this had been taken care of, but was still charged for May as well.  Can you please reverse the charges for April and May to our Paypal Account or via a check as soon as possible.  If there is forms or anything I need to fill out please let me know.
     
    The name of our Jotform account is mamameanbiz. Let me know if you need anything else from me to look up the account or to process the refund.
     
    Also, please confirm that the cancellation is in your system.

    Hi Tara;

    We apologize for what this issue has caused to you. I have checked your account and found that you successfully cancelled your paypal subscription and it is scheduled to downgrade  on 2012-06-16 . This means that you will not be charged again for payments to this Premium account. Incase of any isssue about this, please send email to support@interlogy.com.

    Your account will remain on Premium account till this date when your payment expires. Please note that when it downgrades to Free, your forms wll not be affected.
