How to removed fields from payment authorize.net payment tool?

Hello,

We need to remove most of the fields in the authorize.net tool.

We just want to have 

Is that possible?

Do we accomplish this with authorize.net portal?

The fields currently included in the Authorize.net field by default are the fields required for processing payments.  Without the billing address fields, the payments will not be processed by Authorize. 

I went to authorize.net and I removed all the required fields.

When I see the payment form in authorize.net, it shows only the field I need.

Credit Card Number 

Security Code

Expiration Month    

Expiration Year

I am also being told we were able to accomplished this last year, but I was not here last year and the developers are gone.

It is possible to hide those fields with CSS, however, as far as I know they would still be required to process payments.  I checked your previous forms and it looks like all of them required the billing address section.

If you have a form that is set up without the billing address required, let us know and we can let you know how it was set up.
