Have a form which is too long to display reasonably in a webpage. Want to break it up into headings then have dropdown values that user can select and pay for via paypal.
The 4 Groups are:
Grading Fees
{Dropdown selection.
a = $145.00
b = $135.00}
Training Fees
School Holiday Fees
Stock/Equipment.

Hello internetangels,
Do you want to create different categories in your PayPal question? The following guide should help you add sub categories in your Payment form: http://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form
Another way is to options in your product and enable the special pricing for items which will display the options in the dropdown. The following guides should help you:

Please take a look at the following form where I have tried to implement the products with special pricing for "Teens Class": http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42232393571957?
If you like the approach, you can clone the form and add rest of the products as well. If required we can also help you further. The following guide should help you in form cloning: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this helps.
