2. Save the form and return to “My Forms.”
3. Check the box next to the form you’ve just put together, click the “More” button.
4. Choose “Create PDF Form.”
5. In the next window, you have the option to include the Page Break and Submit Button in the PDF form. And voila! Your PDF form is finished.
