Unable to see the button in iphone or ipad

Hice todos los pasos y me resulto bien, pero aun no puedo ver en boton que cree para el formulario en el iphone o ipad.

Can you try to add a Mobile Responsive Widget to your form and see if it will work?

If the issue still persists, can you provide to us the link or name of the form in question so we can further investigate the issue? If you have embedded your form in your website, please also provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded the form?
