How to search France postal code immediately?

    Bonjour madame, moniseur

Cordialement.

    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. Now, let me help you with your question.

The closest widget that may suit what you are looking for is Provinces of France. This widget will automatically display all available province in France. However, if this doesn't suit what you are looking for, you can consider retrieving zip code list of France from third-party website, then added them as selection using our basic Dropdown element.

As for your other question, to avoid confusion with the first question, we'll help you in a separate thread. Please find the thread here, we'll help you there. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this.

Let us know if you have more questions about adding France's zip codes as selection.

    Good morning

No worries, that's completely fine in English too.

I am a little bit confuse. What do you mean by a third party website? Can I include a widget from another website in the page? How can you do that? I cannot enter one by one French city as it will be too heavy.

Province of France is not precise enough as I need to shortlist the city when the person is entering the postal code.

    Best regards

    Anthony

    Hi Anthony,

Thank you for getting back to us. Our teammate, Jessica, suggested using the Jotform basic Dropdown element to display the selection. Also, we currently don't support inserting external widgets or code into forms. But, we have an iframe embed widget available to see if it meets your requirements. It will require you to enter a website page URL in the widget, and the page will be displayed as an iframe in your form.

To assist you better with your query regarding the precision of the "Province of France" field in your form and the need to shortlist the city when a postal code is entered, could you please provide us with the URL of the form in question?

Once we have the form URL, we'll be able to investigate this matter further and provide you with the necessary assistance.
