How to retrieve information from the database of the form on the site

    Hello.

Since you only seem to take the trouble to answer our questions in English, I have therefore taken the trouble to translate my questions for you.

I am looking for an effective solution for filling in documents (more than 30 in several possible languages) "universal" using a form. These documents being a lot, most of the time containing the same information in a repetitive way, it seems to me that a form is very well suited to this type of service. It's a huge time saver!

That said, even if the form is integrated, I have to retrieve the data from the form on the site itself, in order to be able to complete all the documents in question. I made a prototype which corresponds quite well to the project, the rest will be done quietly by php code I think on the site.

The latter being local, I cannot share the connection with you.

    So my questions:

    • where can I retrieve the information from the form on the site?
    • can calendars be in French format and show the month in letters?

Waiting for your reply, receive my best regards

    Cordially

    Hello Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not actually quite sure of the information that you want to retrieve from the form on the site? If you are referring to the submitted information from the form, you can check that in your Tables page. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

You may also want to check out our guide about How to View Form Submissions.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid any confusion. You can check that out here.

    Hello Eric,

Thanks for the screenshot. I understand things much better now. I will be escalating this to our back-end team as this has something to do with the advanced database which is already out of the scope of the support.

If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
