Overtime
Services requested that exceed the time frame will be charged at the rate of $195 per hour per attendant, payable before overtime begins. It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. However, when feasible, requests for extended playing time will be accommodated.

Client may add on a mini setup if music coverage is wanted for a different on-site location (ceremony or cocktail hour) for $150 per setup. This add-on is applicable for DJ packages only.

Uplighting and graphics packages must be purchased with either a DJ or photo booth package.
Client may add lighting, gobo (name and date graphic), truss, facade or more up to 2 weeks to the event pending equipment availability (starting at $395.00). Pricing as noted on the Vendor's website.

All photo booth packages include digital delivery. Photos will be emailed within one week of event conclusion. Photos will be stored for one month after event date.
Mirror booth packages require a ramp or freight elevator if on a different level. If not provided, the Vendor shall not be held responsible if the location is inaccessible.
During stipulated guidelines, props may not be available and/or at an additional cost for single use props. Printing may not be available during guidelines and contract price will be adjusted down as required if unavailable.

The said virtual package shall consist primarily of providing a live stream audio and video with custom graphic(s) by means of remote setup and monitoring. The custom graphics are digital only.
Vendor shall not be liable for client, venue or guest networking, speed, security or maintenance of internet connection.
Terms and Conditions
Parking for load-in, load out and during the event must be provided. Client or venue will need to provide a functional and safe table or DJ booth and a power outlet within 50ft. (along a wall) for Dj setup and / or photo booth props table.
The Vendor must have access to set-up locations with ramps or elevator. If stairs are required, additional costs may apply.
The agreement of the Vendor to perform is subject to proven detention by any legitimate conditions beyond their control. Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, the vendor’s liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that no vendor shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. It is hereby further agreed; that the Purchaser shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the Vendor, or property of the Vendor, while on the premises of said engagement, if damage is caused by Purchaser or guest, members of his organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not. To lift liability, a certificate of insurance can be sent to your venue for a $125 processing fee. Additional costs may apply if specific insurance requirements and limits are required above our policy.
It is understood that this is a "Rain or Shine" event. For outdoor performances, Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. In the event of circumstances deemed to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to the vendor or any equipment in any vendor’s possession, or if there is a force majeure, the vendor reserves the right to cease performance. The Vendor's compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
All payments are non-refundable as payment structure is resourced by date reservation, equipment reservation, logistics, planner review and onsite production. Any changes to the contract may result in a reservation fee adjustment.
Mirror booth reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to specialty equipment and labor required.
A written or emailed event/music planner or music request list may be received from the Purchaser and forwarded to vendor at least two weeks prior to the date of the event for it to be included in programming guidelines. With or without the aid of an event/music planner or music request list, a request list may be used at the event but the vendor shall not be held responsible if certain selections are unavailable. Post and Tweet requests will be made available during stipulated guidelines, as DJ booth interaction may be unavailable and limited by distance.
Engagements within Vendor City Limits will not be assessed a travel charge. Services requiring travel outside of this area will be charged at $25 per 15 miles in excess of 50 miles per DJ, assistant or attendant. Engagements in excess of 250 miles will require accommodations be made for an overnight stay in a local hotel/motel (4 star rated and up, with food and parking) for the vendor shall be provided by Purchaser.
All stipluated guidelines will be complied with by state and/or federal mandate. Purchaser would be responsible for any fees required and/or incurred due to legal stipulations.

Purchaser may not transfer this contract to another party, location or date without the prior written consent of the vendor. This agreement is not binding until signed by the Purchaser and the vendor has received it. THE PARTIES stated above will abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and intend to be legally bound.
