Zoho integrations does not update.

    When I integrate zoho, the form perfectly updates the first application through the form. After the second one, it does not add it but it records over the first one, it always leaves a record only added in zoho, it does not add them but it treads them and always leaves one, deletes the one that was and records the new one and so on….

    I've tried integrating my form with Zoho and made 2 test submissions. It does add a new contact when making a new submission.

    Would you mind providing us the form URL in question so we can further test it? Also, please provide us with more details of your Zoho setup.

    Hi! My cases are in leads ,not in contacts .
    And what do you mean with zoho setup?

    Now working ¡!!! But some fields don’t update.
    Can you tell me why ?? thanks
    In zoho have a field unique !! that was the problem..!!!
    I need to know about the fields don t update.

    Can I set up a field to be unique and, if repeated, should any warning be given to the user when completing the form?

    Its possible that the fields on your form is not fully compatible with Zoho.

    For example you are using short text fields to collect numbers. You should use number fields to collect numbers.

    Also you are using an input mask on one of your questions. That might cause problems.

    I have seen integrations break when the default settings for fields are customized. So when you use a field leave it with its default settings.


    One way to find the bad fields is to map them one at a time. And submit your form at each step. If the submission goes through that's good. So move on to the next field. If it fails you have isolated the problem to the bad field.
