    Hi,

There should be an option to do setup which folder your submissions go to during the integration:

Here is our guide on how to set the folder, just in case:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/255-How-to-setup-folders-using-UniqueID-in-Dropbox

There are actually options to setup the full hierarchy of the folders in which your submissions are placed.  You may need to re-do the integration however.

Let us know if this still does not allow you to get the submissions into the folders you would like and we will be happy to have another look.

No this didn't help. AND the link you forwarded me is not working.

When I click on the "submission folder name, it didn't give me any of my folders in Dropbox to choose from. Instead it gave me headers from the actual form.

    Please advise.

    Tanisha

That is not the way it works.

You must create the folders  by either mapping a field in your form or defining the name yourself (choose User defined) Then the integration wizard will create the folders in your Dropbox account.
