Form is sending autoresponder to "Recipients Email" instead of the "My Email" field

    Hello,

I have 7 Jotform Forms attached to  my website at www.kidherostories.com

Of these, 4 of them contain the Stripe payment system.

These 4 forms contain two email address each: "My Email" and "Recipients Email (for Gifts)"

It seems Jotform is sending Stripe the "Recipients Email" and therefor Stripe is sending payment receipts to Recipients. This is very embarrassing as customers are ordering gifts for friends and their friends are receiving receipts showing how much money was spent on their gift.

Are you able to fix this please? Jotform should only send Stripe the "My Email" field for every form.

    Kind regards

    Hi Yin,

Are you referring to the autoresponder email settings? If so, you have an "Autoresponder 2" for this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43578702018961, and the recipient email address is the "Recipient Email" field. Here's a screenshot:

We can check the rest, but please let us know the correct form URL's. You haven't mentioned it to this thread and you have a few forms to your account.

Here's how you can delete the autoresponder/notification emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

Here's how you can check if you have the correct recipient email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications.

    Thank you!

    Hello,
Yes everything is set up as I wanted it to be.
There are 4 forms containing the STRIPE payment system:
1- ORDER SUBSCRIPTION - TODDLER / PRESCHOOL / EARLY READER
    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43578702018961
2- ORDER SUBSCRIPTION- SIBLING SERIES (2-3 KIDS)
    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43574181088965
3- ORDER BUNDLE - TODDLER / PRESCHOOL / EARLY READER
    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43580099492969
4- ORDER BUNDLE- SIBLING SERIES (2-3 KIDS)
    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43573973782974
All 4 forms have 2 Auto responders each:
The Auto responder 1 goes to the person offering the gift (My email)
The Auto responder 2 goes to the person receiving the gift (For GIFT- Recipient’s email)
These both work correctly and I have tested them on all forms.
HOWEVER, the receipts from STRIPE showing how much money was spent should always go to “My email.”
At present they are all going to “For GIFT- Recipient’s email”
In other words they are using the Recipient E-mail of Auto Responder 2 when they need to go to the Recipient E-mail of Auto Responder 1.
Are you able to change the email field which is being sent to stripe?
    Regards
    Yin

    Hi Yin,

Our apologies for the delayed response. Due to a system problem, your last reply just came in today.

I think you are referring to Stripe Customer Email in Stripe Payment Properties, just to set that:

Form is sending autoresponder to Recipients Email instead of the My Email field Image 1 Screenshot 30

But for you to see this option, you will have to use the Email field from the Quick Tools section:

Form is sending autoresponder to Recipients Email instead of the My Email field Image 2 Screenshot 41

Some of the given forms are currently using a textbox field and you just labeled it as an Email. This won't work. I would suggest hiding the current field and add the email field from the Quick Tools.

    Thanks
